Intermittent "Down for Maintenance" Pages Reported

We are experiencing intermittent "Down for Maintenance" pages loading for some learners. Refreshing your browser page will fix this problem. You can refresh your browser page by clicking on the circular "reload" button next to your URL Reload Icon

Site Wide Interruptions

We are currently experiencing a bug across the site which redirects learners to the Course Description Page when they are attempting to access their courses.  We will have a fix in place shortly.

Update 12:46 pm PDT: the issue has been rolled back and the site should be functioning normally.

Major Support interruptions

We are experiencing a technical issue where some learners cannot contact support and our team cannot reply. This interruption began at 5:39am PST and is being investigated by Zendesk, please check back in the next 30 minutes. We will help as soon as possible!
